Join Jessie and Chloe for a six-night immersive journey at Danyasa Eco Retreat, tucked into the lush jungles of Costa Rica’s Southern Pacific Coast. Chosen for its wild beauty, sustainable design, and sacred proximity to both jungle and sea, Danyasa offers more than just a backdrop—it is an invitation. This is not your average yoga retreat. Over six days, we’ll move, breathe, and explore practices that stir the soul, clear the noise, and open the path to something deeper. Expect the unexpected. Nature will guide us. Ritual will hold us. A DAY IN THE LIFE
This is NOT just a yoga retreat.
YOGA experience is not required, ALL LEVELS are welcome.
This is a guided journey: part ritual, part adventure, and part sacred rest. Each day offers practices and experiences designed to reconnect you with your body, your breath, and your inner knowledge.
What to expect:
✧ Daily yoga, movement, workshops & somatic rituals
✧ Guided breath-work, meditation, & creative inquiry
✧ Optional surf, jungle hikes, waterfalls & ocean plunges
✧ Delicious, locally sourced meals to nourish your body
✧ Ample time to rest, integrate, & be in nature

This lush sanctuary invites us to peel back the layers. To slow down. To move intentionally. To remember who we are when everything else falls away. This is your invitation to step into the mystery.

✧Eco-chic rooms made from up-cycled shipping containers
✧ On-site organic meals prepared with love (three meals/day)
✧ Open-air yoga shala nestled in the jungle
✧ Walkable access to the ocean, shops, and waterfalls
✧ Additional drop-in practice opportunities for $6.00USD

✧ Nourishing Meals: two vegetarian and one chicken or fish meal per day + unlimited local coffee, tea, and daily elixirs.
✧ Exclusive Access to resort amenities (rooms, yoga studio, lounge, pool, wireless internet - the space is ours!)
✧ Roundtrip Group Shuttle Coordination from SJO Airport to Dominical for seamless travel (on arrival & departure days)
