Daily Itinerary

7:30-8:00am: Guided Meditation 
8:00-8:30am: Coffee + Snack Break 
8:30-10:30am: Morning Yang Yoga Practice
10:30-11:30am: Brunch  
11:30am-5:30pm: Free Time for Excursions, Beach, Shopping, Cenotes, Mayan Ruins, etc.
5:30-6:30pm: Evening Yin Yoga Practice
6:30-8:00pm: Dinner 
8:30-9:30pm: Group Activity
