aUM From Home is designed for all of our students across the globe to practice on their own time and at their own pace. Each yoga practice is approximately 30-45 minutes. It can be taken as a short practice or the video can be paused to curate a full length (1 hour) practice. Set a timer for your desired length of Savasana at the end of class! Rent our videos on Vimeo for 24 hours or purchase them to stream anytime!​

Additionally each standing and seated posture is only held for 3 (rather than 5) breaths. ​While we teach according to the set primary sequence our language/cues are progressive and inclusive rather than traditional.

  • There are no refunds on ANY purchase(s) - including but not limited to: new client specials, drop-ins, packages, membership contracts, progressives, showcase, workshops, retreats, private events, and/or teacher training programs. Classes are non-transferrable. Contracts are non-cancelable within their outlined duration/terms. Contract terms are non-negotiable. Classes, packages, and other services may not be shared or gifted. All clients must keep a credit card on file.
  • We are unable to manage reservations or cancellations via email or phone. If you'd like to reserve or cancel a class, please do so through our website or the Mindbody app.
  • Early cancellations must be made twelve (12) hours prior to the start of class. Cancellations after this period are considered a Late Cancel. Unlimited Package Holders (New Client Special, Month Unlimited, Semester, and Year) will be charged a $15.00 Late Cancellation Fee. Members will be charged a $5.00 Late Cancellation Fee. Drop-In and Members/Class Package Holders will forfeit their class. If Class Package Holders do not cancel their class/remove themselves using the MindBody app prior to the class start time, they will be charged a $5.00 No-Show Fee. All late arrivals and absences will be considered a No-Show.
  • During any promotional period of Five Dollar ($5.00) Yoga + Pole Classes, any late cancels, absences, and/or no-shows are subject to the full single session rate of twenty-six dollars ($26.00) - therefore a late cancellation fee of $21.00 will be charged utilizing the card on file. If the client removes their card, they will not be able to practice at the studio until their account balance has been paid.
  • Registration on MindBody authorizes these changes and/or charges to be made utilizing the credit card information on file. Unpaid account balances will result in the pausing or cancellation of the customer’s package at the studio’s discretion.
  • Expiration Dates and Late Cancellation Policies are strictly enforced. We are unable to make ANY exceptions to any of the aforementioned policies.
