aUM From Home is designed for all of our students across the globe to practice on their own time and at their own pace. Each yoga practice is approximately 30-45 minutes. It can be taken as a short practice or the video can be paused to curate a full length (1 hour) practice. Set a timer for your desired length of Savasana at the end of class!
